Sudden Change Interiors starts with a FREE staging evaluation to assess your individual needs and goals. Because every property is different there is no standard pricing. We then provide you with a free estimate for staging your home. We will strive to make your experience of selling your home go smoothly, quickly and as profitable as possible. An Evaluation is available for both Vacant and Occupied properties.

   
Home Staging for Vacant or Model Home Properties
 

Staging will create the WOW! A vacant property sometimes comes across to a potential buyer as cold, lacking in character and style. All flaws of the property are more likely to be noticed when it is vacant. Staging a vacant property makes the home more appealing. By adding furnishings including art and rugs the home becomes warmer, and more inviting. Homes are bought with emotion and staging will add beauty to the home. Home Staging for Occupied Homes
 

Home staging can and should be utilized by the seller while they live in the home. This is called occupied home staging. When you live in your home it is decorated the way in which you live. When you plan to sell your home you have to consider what others will be viewing. Most of us have a lot of personal photo’s or collections. Potential buyers are easily distracted from the qualities and architectural features of the home by all these personal items.

When we Stage your occupied home we take all this into consideration along with the function of the room and how best to show off the features of the room. We are not decorating the home for the current owner but for the future owner. This is NOT interior decorating. Ready-Set-Sell Report
 

The Ready-Set-Sell Report is all about getting your home ready to list with a Realtor or by Owner. Showcase condition will help you to sell your property faster and often for more money. We spend about one hour with the seller and review the property from curbside throughout the home and then back outside to the property line taking note of everything that a potential buyer will likely notice. This report gives the owner a list of all repairs, changes or other things that need to be done to the property so it shows well. A written report is then provided to the property owner and the Realtor. Assistance to complete any or all of the items listed on the report can be provided by our company to help you to get your home in amazing condition.
