When we Stage your occupied home we take all this
into consideration along with the function of the
room and how best to show off the features of the
room. We are not decorating the home for the
current owner but for the future owner.

Ready-Set-Sell Report |

The Ready-Set-Sell Report is all about
getting your home ready to list with a Realtor or
by Owner. Showcase condition will help you to sell
your property faster and often for more money. We
spend about one hour with the seller and review
the property from curbside throughout the home and
then back outside to the property line taking note
of everything that a potential buyer will likely
notice. This report gives the owner a list of all
repairs, changes or other things that need to be
done to the property so it shows well. A written
report is then provided to the property owner and
the Realtor. Assistance to complete any or all of
the items listed on the report can be provided by
our company to help you to get your home in
amazing condition. |
